Litigation

Rich Raleigh represents public and private companies, governmental entities, and individuals before state and federal courts and arbitration panels throughout Alabama and the Southeast, handling a wide variety disputes.  He has a broad litigation practice that touches on virtually every area of the law. Rich regularly performs litigation services in complex litigation throughout a series of industries, including appellate and post-verdict practice, labor and employment, intellectual property and technology, government contracts, complex commercial litigation, and products liability.  He has tried cases across Alabama and the Southeast.

Rich follows, and in some cases is involved with, new developments in the law.  He is a frequent instructor in trial workshops and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and SuperLawyers.  He serves on the council of the Alabama Law Institute and its Restrictive Covenants and Contracts Study Committee, and is a member of the American Law Institute Members Consultative Group for Restatement Third, Torts: Liability for Economic Harm.  The Alabama Supreme Court also selected Rich to be a member of the Alabama Supreme Court Standing Committee on Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure.
